Product Main feature:
In the single blade rotor pump, all the parts in contact with the conveying materials are made of stainless steel materials which meet the sanitary standards, and the sealing parts are made of non-toxic rubber. Reliable anti rust and non-toxic sealing ensure safety and health.
1. The streamline structure of the rotor and the rotor chamber have no dead point and non-metallic parts, so as to avoid the pollution of the transported materials. It is suitable for CIP cleaning and steam disinfection in situ. It fully meets the requirements of FDA and GMP. It is especially suitable for foaming and conveying high viscosity, concentration and any medium containing particles in the transportation process. The material transported by it keeps the original quality unchanged, and does not take any physical and chemical reactions.
2. It adopts externally mounted dynamic and static ring type mechanical seal, which can be directly washed by water, high pressure resistance, wear resistance and no leakage. Small volume, large flow, high head pressure, suitable for long distance and high resistance quantitative transportation.
3. The impeller of the single blade rotor pump is separated from the transmission gear, and there is a certain clearance between the parts in the pump cavity. There is no contact with each other, no wear, low noise, good reliability, long service life, energy saving and consumption reduction. After the frequency converter is configured, the flow can be adjusted at will and can be used as a general metering pump.
4. Single blade rotor pump can transport three-phase mixed materials such as steam, liquid and solid.
